Certificate of Warranty Fancyfams

Fancyfams carries 2 Year Limited Warranty on Registered Stainless Steel Products. Start date of your warranty is a date of purchase. Please, first register your product.

Warranty applies when:

-The product failed due to our workmanship
or any defect in the materials.

Warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, such as dents, scratches and paint chips.
- Accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse, and          improper cleaning/care
- Corrosive substances or acids that are used on the product.
- Material defects as a result of corrosive environment.
- Accessories, including straws and brushes, are not included.

If you believe that you may have a warranty claim, please read the following:

- If your product was damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a replacement unit of like color and size, assuming availability. If a like replacement product is not available,
we will replace it either with a like product but different color or a unit of greater value.
- If you purchased our double walled, vacuum insulated tumbler, and you believe that your unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties, please test it first by pouring very hot water in the unit, filling it to the top. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then place your hands on the unit
(being careful not to spill the contents). If the unit feels very warm or hot to the touch, you have verified that the unit has lost its vacuum insulating properties.

This is considered a manufacturer's defect and the unit will be replaced if still under warranty.
